Glidefield’s Air Conditioning Solution

Glidefield supplied and installed Hitachi Cassette, wall and above ceiling concealed split type Air Conditioning Systems as follows:

New Showroom

3 Hitachi void mounted units were hidden within the ceiling void between the glazed roof sections and feed conditioned air through flexible ducts into sections of a linear grille along the glazing line of the ceiling. Return air to the units is drawn from grilles along the rear edge of the showroom and through the void back to the unit.

Workshop Area

2 Hitachi cassette units were recessed into the high level ceiling and were controlled by a single wall mounted controller located at low level.

Valet Area

1 Hitachi Summit wall mounted unit was located and controlled by an infrared remote.

Paragon Website

The Odeon Cinema at Hull required a major review of the efficiency of their air conditioning system. Glidefield were commissioned to undertake the project which included, suppling the Air Handling Units and craning into position on to the rooftop and installing all the gas pipework. The roof ductwork to the cinema areas was also designed, manufactured and installed by Glidefield.

Launched new designed logo to reinforce our identity as British Ductwork and Air Conditioning Specialists, the logo is featured on our stationery and website.
