- Swindon – Replacement of existing heat pump units within retail outlets – retrofit to existing pipework/ductwork.
- Cheshire Oaks, York, East Midlands and Bridgend – Roof top changeout programme removing of existing plant and equipment, modification and retro-fitting of new equipment. All works carried out on a 24/7 basis to minimise disruption to the centre and the retail outlet suppliers.
